You are invited to attend the Annual Meeting of the members of Woods of Wimbledon II Maintenance Corp (homeowners association) at the above date and location. Please plan to attend or submit a proxy if you are unable to attend.
All homeowners are encouraged to participate! Meeting topics will include the following:

Gathering the results of our annual election for any board members whose terms have expired

If you are unable to attend the meeting, it is very important that you return a proxy form for purposes of establishing a forum to the address below or email below. You may also personally deliver the proxy to a board member. However, to ensure the security of the process, the preferred method of submission is by mail in a sealed envelope.
A forum is necessary to be able to transact business at the annual meeting.
